TAR Business English Center is leading by Prof. Philip W. Loh who has been a strategic management consultant for a several international companies based in Shanghai, China. Together with him is a group of professors and lecturers from both locals and overseas whom have the loves for people especially the students at TARC and UTAR, and for this reason they contribute their knowledge and effort to assist in the community works offered by TAR Business English Center.  |
